The latest Agreement will be posted on the Site, and you should review this Agreement prior to using the Site. All images are created by our designers, they are protected and for personal use only. All Materials contained in this download including, but not limited to images and text, are protected by copyright under german copyright law, international conventions, and other copyright laws. You may not use the Content except as specified herein. You MAY alter any graphics with respect to color, size or by adding to or removing from them BUT you MAY NOT claim altered graphics as your own. You MAY NOT make alteration to graphics in any way that will take away the artistic integrity of the original creation. You MAY NOT use any graphic(s) from this Collection to create obscene, defamatory, or immoral works. Nor is it permitted to use content (graphic(s)) from and and all of my creations for any other purpose which is prohibited by law. You MAY submit your scrapbook layouts using some or all parts of a kit to online or print publications as long as credit is given to the original copyright holder. This includes any graphics that have been altered. You MAY NOT share these graphics, zip files or folders (together or separately) with anyone else. You MAY NOT use any graphics of the designers, original or altered, or any portion thereof in any commercial work whatsoever without express written permission by the creator. If you are interested in using the designs for scrap for others or other angel use policy work please contact the designer over our Contact Form (click here) Resale kits or component kits (in whole or in part modified) or their use in order to remove a monetary profit is prohibited. No redistribution in any way whatsoever is permitted. You MAY NOT use these graphics for any commercial projects; i.e.: web design/sites, templates, or any projects which will produce income. If you use a kit or elements of a kit be sure to give credit to their author. You can find all informations in the TOU file included in the kit you purchased. Crediting the Designer: Please be sure to credit the designer, element name and kit name. These are digital products. No packages will be delivered only by mail.
